I made an empty folder with the abovementioned name in C:Windows to avoid breaking off of the VB6 installation, but it still refused to install VB6. How do I solve this?
Keywords: vb6 msjava.dll
Answer from dwirch on 9/6/2012:

Follow the instructions here.
