A. To modify the members of a group via Microsoft Outlook perform the following steps:
1. Select the Address Book option from the Tools menu.
2. Right-click the group you want to modify the members of and select Properties from the displayed context menu
3. Under the General tab click the "Modify Members..." button.
4. In the Distribution List Membership dialog box, click the Add or Remove button and specify the members who should/should not be members and click OK.
5. Click OK once the membership has been set.
To modify the members of a group you require write privileges (which can be set on a group via the Advanced Features being enabled in Active Directory Users and Computers).
