Get NDRs in Exchange
First, open the Exchange System Manager. Then, follow these steps:
Go to Administrative Groups
Select the first Administrative Group
Select Servers
Select (servername)
Select Protocols
Select SMTP
Right click on the SMTP virtual server you want to be notified for (if you only have one domain the name, this should be Defualt SMTP Virtual Server) and open the properties. Click on the Messages tab and enter a valid address (ie: admin@domain.com) in the field titled Send copy of Non-Delivery Report to:.
That should do it. If you have more than one SMTP Virtual Server, repeat the steps for all of the servers that you want to send NDRs for. Good luck!
