I've VB6 on my Windows 7 and works fine.

How i can compile my software for running on Windows 7 Pcs of my clients?

Simply put, since I don't know the extent of your program:

To start compiling your program, click on the menu File and select Make Project1.exe, or whatever name you want to call  your exe.

Then, you'll need to distribute that executable.  Usually, you'll build a setup or installation package.  You can use the included Package and Deplyoment wizard.  However, I would recommend learning to use something like InstallShield, or if you want a free and robust package, use Inno Setup Compiler.

Once you have a setup package built, your clients can simply download your software, run setup, and the software will be installed. Or you could mail them DVDs or other media.
