Object Library not registered

I installed VB6 Ultimate on many my computers, 32/64, XP, Vista and now Win7. On HP win7 professional (installed some year ago) everything works fine (designa nd execution). I recentry got ab ACER 250 win7 ultimate and rre sto isbtall vb6 sp6 ultimate also into this PC. Compiled VB6 programs work fine (after some manual ocx, registration) however with the design environment not everyting works fine. Ie some ocx (like rictx32.ocx or mscomctl.ocx) cannot be used due to following advise "Object library not registerd". I tryed everything, disinstallin, reinstalling VB6, using MS FIXIT,VB6CLI, using professional SW to unregister them and to register them again. I even tryed to duplicate related REGITRY items on working HP passing them as .reg to Acer REGISTRY. Nothing to do. Always the same error. All ocx are on c:/windows/system32 folder. Whay else can I do?
