There's been a smattering of them from Florida and New York, but the vast majority seem to be taking shelter in New Jersey.  Slack laws there? Paging Records with GetRows

As databases grow in size, displaying information in organized, consumable "chunks" becomes more and more difficult. For example, if a database table contains thousands or even hundreds of rows, simply dumping the entire contents of the table can overwhelm the user and be difficult to pick through. As developers it is our job to provide information in digestible quantities. One common solution is to page database table results. That is, only a small number of database records are shown per screen, accompanied by Next and Previous buttons allowing the user to step through the database results in sensible steps.

Verify that a user is a member of a specific group

The function accepts a username (eg. s009999) and a groupname (eg. ITBranch), and uses an LDAP Query to verify whether the username is a member of groupname in Active Directory.

VB6 and WIN7

I think I entered question in wrong spot. I have a vb6 program which an end user clicks a file name in the file box on a form(vb6 program in florida). The pdf is located on a separate machine in New Jersey. When they the click the fle name the vb6 calls a sql 2000 stored procedure on the NJ machine which executes a com on the New Jersey machine which renames the pdf and also copies it to another pdf using filecopy in the com in the same directory. The problem is that the file box on the form in FLA does not refresh so the old name is still there. After 10 seconds or so it will refresh.

How can I refresh a vb6 form from a web application?

I have a vb6 form with a button that opens a .net web application. When the user updates the info in the web app I want the changes to be reflected in the vb6 form. Is there a way to do this? Thanks in advance....

run .vbd on windows 7

I have a vb6 project that for now has to stay in vb6. I installed vb6 on win 7 32 bit machine and it runs fine. The problem is having the user document (.vbd) display in the .exe container. When I try to run the file, I keep getting stuck at the Windows Internet Explorer view download file. I have changed the windows script host to enable as well as other items but still keep getting stuck.
