Error Code 8007000b During Windows Update

An error occurs while running Windows Update on a Windows Vista machine:

Code 8007000b

1. Click Start and type cmd in the Start Search box,
2. Right-click cmd in the Programs list and select Run as administrator and click Continue
3. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
4. Type fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\ and then press ENTER
5. Restart the computer.
