CSS Template: tight

Another blast from the past. This responsive CSS template harkens back the heady days when monitor resolution was low, and cramming as much information in a little space was normal and desired.  Hence the name, tight.

Originally a table-based layout, this has been updated to utilize current CSS standards, and is mobile friendly, resizing as needed for screen size.
