Inputs

Name of vbp and index.html

Assumptions

VB Documenter is a documenter for projects in vb, it reads the project, forms, classes, ... and creates pages HTML with the documentation about the project.
It considers that all comments that begin with '--> are special comments and generates a comment aditional in the HTML.
