Over the years, I have heard may people complain about certain employer review boards.
Some of the complaints have been:
- Too much spam
- Removal of negative reviews/comments
- Lack of privacy/doxxing
So, I did a thing. As of today, MyCompanyRating.com is live for usage.
MyCompanyRating wants to provide a safe space for providing transparent and anonymous feedback for employees, potential employees, and employers.
All items submitted are moderated before appearing on the site to prevent doxxing, spam, and/or leaking of specific information (described below). Other than that, all information submitted is posted as-is, and the information is not altered in the slightest. There is no suppresion of information, and the same standard of review for all information is applied. You can think of this site as Switzerland. Completely neutral.
I've built this thing to be free and open, easy to use, and hopefully not too bulked up with fluff. No job postings, forums, etc. Not saying those won't come, but I won't just arbitrarily add things for the sake of adding things.
Spam is the other thing you won't find. MyCompanyRating.com won't spam you with meaningless come-ons for services. The only time you'll be contacted is if there is a problem with your account.
