By default Windows will send SAP packets to advertise available file and print shares when 'File and Print Sharing for Netware Networks' is enabled, this setting disables those packets.
In addition to changing the value of 'Use_Sap' you also may be required to create another key and value:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NcpServer\Parameters\Ndi\Params\Use_Sap] @="0"

Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\NcpServer\Parameters]
Value Name: Use_Sap
Data Type: REG_SZ
Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)
