Loading From A Resource DLL
This code mainly contains a class which will help you load a BMP,CURSOR,ICON, or play a WAVE from a Resource DLL.
A resource DLL, by the way, is an ActiveX dll which contains nothing but these resources !
And this code will help you use that dll in any of your projects !
