Read large text files faster. Reads lines in text files about 30% faster then the TextStream class. Skips much faster.

read, readline, get, skip, skipline and seek. It also has a test form to show that the functions skip/read correctly.
THIS CODE HAS BEEN TESTED UNDER VB6 ONLY.
