a Mapi Email Checker w/ MS Agent

This Application checks for emails using outlook. MS Agent will popup to announce how many unread mails you got. Configuration is added to choose which MS Agent to use and the Time interval use to check for mails. New modules was added that would make MS Agent read mails just like talking buddies.
