A Particle's Tale.

Trying to make Fairy Dust, With Particles, it runs good and fast on this comp. (Note: May Freeze).
I don't usualy ask for feedback, but it sounds nice so I'll apprecate any. (I'll reply soon as possible. IF NEEDED).
Yup, this time it's all commented! (I usualy don't comment/REM the code I make... but I did this time)
