TAP Message Sender
This code is designed to send messages to any alphanumeric pager where the paging service supports TAP v1.8

Inputs
Paging service phone number, pager pin number, a message.
Assumptions
Your computer needs to have access to a modem. I've tested this code with a networked modem and had no problems.
