XP Titlebar Style (Without XP!) *UPDATED*

Add the look of a Windows XP titlebar to your boring Windows 200/ME/98/95 application. Ability to disable buttons, add an icon, and make your form's corners transparent!

Assumptions
Add your compiled OCX and the code which is found on its property page to your project.
Also set
Border=0
and
ShowInTaskbar=True (optional)
Side Effects
When ShowInTaskbar is True, no icon is present next to the applications name in taskbar because there is no border.
