Titlebar Scroller
This scrolls a string in the titlebar

Inputs
you can change the speed and the string from the code or input boxes
Assumptions
nothing is needed to be known. It looks at the first letter of the string. removes it. then adds it to the end over and over.
Side Effects
might be slow on older computers
